Connect for Remote Support

When you need remote support, please follow the steps below:

1. Call Goldberg Consulting at 973-449-9473.
2. A member of our staff will provide you a six digit code.  Please enter the code in the box to the right.     (Note: Codes expire 20 minutes after they are created. Do not attempt to use a code from a previous session.)
3. Click Start Download and follow the steps for your browser:
   1. Internet Explorer —
      1. when prompted to run or save the file, click Run.
   2. Google Chrome  —
      1. When notified that the download has completed, doubleclick on the download.
      2. Click Run.
   3. FireFox
      1. Click Save File.
      2. When notified that the download has completed, click on the download.
      3. Click Run in the Open File Warning popup.
4. You may see a popup stating “User Account Control (UAC) is enabled on this PC.  Please click OK to allow Rescue to elevate your session.”  Click OK.
5.  The standard Windows User Account Control confirmation pop-up will appear, click Yes.
6. A box with lots of text will popup asking you to grant permission for us “to perform one or more acts on your computer….” etc. Click OK.
